Thinking, thinking

The Chamber already does a great job and offers many programs that I never take advantage of because, well, who needs another meeting in their life? If I did attend one of these programs I'd probably find ideas for my current dilemma: how do you recruit for a new employee when you a) only need someone part-time on specific days; b) would like that person to, ideally, have some knowledge of your industry or at least be capable and interested in learning about it; c) know how much I dislike interviewing and also dislike training new employees?

How to Market Your Business

Let's help business owners get the foundation they need to be successful. Every business should have a plan or road map with goals and how to achieve them. Possibly several sessions over time to offer a framework of a marketing plan, understand competition, your brand positioning, your ideal customer and how best to reach them. This knowledge can be useful for new businesses, but also ones who have been around for a while and need clarity and a spark for how to keep momentum moving forward.
